Job Description

Job Scope \xc2\xb7 Assistant to the HSE Coordinator. \xc2\xb7 Maintain the filling system of HSE Department. \xc2\xb7 Management and monitoring the Unsafe condition and unsafe act (UAUC) Reporting. \xc2\xb7 Assist in prepare and maintain company HSE statistic report monthly. \xc2\xb7 Update the HSE notice board with up-to-date HSE information and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). \xc2\xb7 Assist in Health & Safety Committee Meeting on quarterly basis. \xc2\xb7 Assist in Daily Safety toolbox talk briefing and recording. \xc2\xb7 Assist in monthly first aid kits and fire safety equipment inspection and recording. \xc2\xb7 Assist in HSE briefing for all new joiner or visitors and recording. \xc2\xb7 Assist in monthly company vehicles inspection and recording. \xc2\xb7 Assist in prepare the HSE report on daily and monthly basis. \xc2\xb7 Assist in any emergency drill on quarterly basis. \xc2\xb7 Assist in site visit inspection at workshop/ on-site when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Assist in Incident or accident reporting and investigation. \xc2\xb7 Assist in company\xe2\x80\x99s vehicles road tax and insurance coverage on monthly basis. \xc2\xb7 Any other HSE duties will be assigned by superior or by any other person appointed by the company from time to time. Qualification Required \xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma with 1-2 year(s) relevant working experience \xc2\xb7 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety \xc2\xb7 Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements . At least have a Yellow Book. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
