Helping the sales team to coordinate client inquiry via emails, call, and messages and keep the team updated.
To support and coordinate the sales team:
New RFQ , Preparing quotations,
Handling new orders, inputting in the system and issuing Purchase orders, following up on time order delivery and receiving.
Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, and prepare schedules/reports.
Upkeep stock record and issuing and good receiving.

Working pants allowance RM160.00 per year, based on receipt claim.
