Junior Hse Coordinator
Job Description
Job Scope \xc2\xb7 Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environment management. \xc2\xb7 Manage, establish, monitor all HSE related activity inclusive of training records and updates etc. \xc2\xb7 Assist in preparing HSE related procedures and policies. \xc2\xb7 Promote HSE regulations, encourages safe working practices, housekeeping, corrects obvious hazards, immediately or reports to proper personnel/HOD. \xc2\xb7 Conduct inspection for first aid kit and fire safety equipment on monthly basis. \xc2\xb7 Carry out HSE briefing for all new joiner and visitors. \xc2\xb7 Raise Incident/ Accident Report when necessary. \xc2\xb7 Liaison with other division and department regarding HSE matters. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations. Qualification Required \xc2\xb7 Minimum Diploma with 3 year(s) relevant working experience \xc2\xb7 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety \xc2\xb7 Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements Job Type: Part-time
Contract length: 4 months Salary: From RM2,300.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
