Job Description

-Assist the Safety Manager in jobs related to safety, health and environment -Ensure the requirement of the HSE Management System is adhered and properly documented -Develop, plan, organize and implement HSE programs to promote safety awareness towards a proactive safety culture; Prepare training materials and conduct inductions and trainings -Guiding and training the HSE Committee in the establishing of the system manual, policy and execution of HSE programs -Conduct Toolbox Meeting to operation crew and share/cascade HSE information; Conduct safety audits and worksite inspections; Make recommendations and suggestions for improving HSE and welfare condition of the plant -Follow-ups on any findings at site during the safety audits and worksite inspections; Ensure risk assessment and risk control or mitigations for hazards are implemented and maintained -Assist in monitoring chemical exposure, LEV monitoring, medical surveillance and other mitigation in the Health Risk Assessment are implemented and maintained -Review Permit-To-Work applications; Conduct incident investigation -Liaise with DOSH, CIDB, DOE or other local agencies in the absence of the Safety Manager -Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior
