Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the implementation of HSE and Process Safety (PS) governance across operations to ensure alignment with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Monitor HSE and PS performance, track key indicators, and provide regular reporting to relevant stakeholders. Facilitate the development and execution of continuous improvement plans to enhance workplace safety, risk management, and process integrity. Build, develop, and manage staff capability in HSE and PS by providing guidance, training, and supervision to ensure competency and compliance. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to legal requirements, regulatory standards, and company HSE commitments. Support audits, inspections, and incident investigations to drive preventive actions and lessons learned.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a related Engineering discipline or equivalent qualification. Valid OGSP and CIDB certifications (or equivalent). Strong knowledge of HSE and Process Safety regulations, best practices, and industry frameworks. Preferably candidates with proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
