Job Title: Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) ManagerLocation: Shah Alam, SelangorPosition OverviewThe HSE Manager will oversee and enhance health, safety, and environmental programs at our Internet Data Centre.Candidates should have Green Book certification and at least 5 years of HSE management experience, preferably in a data center or tech-focused setting.Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to HSE regulations for data center operations.
• Policy Development: Create and maintain HSE policies and procedures specific to data centers.
• Risk Management: Perform risk assessments and audits to address hazards in data center operations.
• Training: Implement HSE training programs to boost safety awareness and compliance.
• Incident Management: Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions.
• Environmental Management: Manage environmental practices, including energy efficiency and waste management.
• Safety Culture: Foster a proactive safety culture through engagement and continuous improvement.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records and prepare compliance reports for management and regulators.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification: Green Book certification required.
• Experience: At least 5 years in HSE management, ideally within an Internet Data Centre or similar.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency with HSE management software.
