• To assist overall implementation of Health and Safety standards within the company.
• To be responsible in the implementation of HSE (Health and Safety Executive) and to ensure the maintenance and compliances of all operations.
• To assist and coordination and investigation of accidents.
• Liaison and coordination with the engineering and facilities contractors ensure the routine maintenance and update of plant facilities are in place.
• Liaison and coordination with the Fire alarm contractor / Bomba for servicing to ensure the safety during work.
• To coordinate / support on conduct Safety briefing for contractor.
• To monitor and maintain all licenses, documentations and records are complying with JKKP standards / ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 standards.
• To perform safety inspection for all equipment, promote safety and health working environment with the workplace.
• Timely study and monitor for preventive and corrective procedures in relate to work safety concern/issues.
• Review and make recommendations for safety and security improvements from time to time.
• Responsible in monitoring the submission of Behavior Observation System (BOS).
• Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Qualifications

Professional Certificate in Safety & Health / Diploma / Degree in Engineering / OSHA (Environmental/Health/ Safety) or equivalent.
