Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Location: Senai, Johor
- Industry: Electronics Manufacturing (5 days/week), newly set up Electronics Manufacturing MNC.
- Job Scope:
- responsible for scheduling, coordinating, improve and delivering the HSE program and continuously improve HSE culture in the company.
- Design related training and certifications. Regularly audit to ensure programs are compliant with applicable regulations, make revisions as necessary.
- Execute HSE Global/Local Strategy
- Through field work, maintain ethical duties to employees and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Responsible for orchestrating and leading small teams to execute large or complex HSE related initiatives and programs
- Maintains relationships with Global HSE staff, to identify risks and opportunities, and assists management, engineering and maintenance teams to define and execute projects and tasks that mitigate risk and achieve opportunities.
- Degree/Diploma in related field.
- Green Book Holder.
- Min 5 years experience in manufacturing industry, preferably with lMNC.
- Working knowledge of applicable occupational health and safety regulations
