Hsse Support Coordinator

Job Description


  • Providing administrative support to HSSE Committee (HSSE Manager, District Manager, Territory Manager, etc) and meetings, including preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.
  • Coordinating and scheduling external HSSE training sessions DOSH, GTSP, Police, Bomba, KPDN and other relevant Authorities/Agencies from time to time.
  • Manage HSSE Board Authorities on updated process / programs.
  • GTSP (Go To Safety Point) Administrator with PDRM.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HSSE programs and initiatives, including coordination of internal HSSE Audit (RBSAM and wet stock).
  • Assisting in the preparation and submission of HSSE report to regulatory agencies.
  • Support Territory manager in updating and maintaining HSSE record including incidents report, consequence letter, and others relevant HSSE records.
  • Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders (booking of room, arrange for refreshments and room facility).
  • Create PR/PO under operations and monitor the payment closely to ensure that it will be deliver based on the given dateline.
  • Attempt to deal and solve payment issues with high innovative and creative thinking skills so that payment will be release accordingly.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system as per company policies for record management.
  • Created and maintained detailed administrative processes and procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  • Greeted incoming visitors and customers to provide assistanceduring business visit.
  • Provide support in handling organization event such as Retailers Engagement Day, New Dealer Recruitment and other regional related events.
  • Filing Ops Team Important document such as letter from bank, invoice and etc
  • Monitor Ops Team supplies, Stock control and ordering of office materials (signage, visitor log book, RMR etc).
  • Accept mail, courier deliveries and help visitor to get access to the office/building.
Job Requirements: -
  • Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Strong team member with excellent communications skills.
  • Demonstrable competence in implementing standard processes, achieving business targets, building relationships with company retailers, internal & external stakeholders.
Additional Details: -
  • Salary Range: Up to RM4,000.00
  • Contract Duration: 12-Months (renewal basis - depending on the performance).
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 9.00AM - 6.00PM
  • Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor.
