Job Description
We are currently seeking a Hub Associate to join DHL eCommerce, Malaysia! The Hub Associate will support in reporting services to key operations performance indicators in order to identify opportunities to improve service quality and drive down costs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Payment Monitoring Review hub and depot related payment for part timers Monitor the usage and cost trend and provide feedback accordingly Operations related payment calculation Support in payment calculation of first mile, mid mile and last mile Communicate with various stakeholder on payment related queries Perform month on month comparison for operation cost Data Compilation and Analysis Desired Skills / Qualifications . Software skills (Excel, Access) . 2 years of relevant working experience (preferable) . Experience in cost control / cost monitoring Minimum Educational Qualification - Degree in Business/Transportation/Statistics/Accounting
