:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Counselling for trouble employees
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Arrange for training opportunities to enhance employees' performance.
- Recruiting staff, prepare job advertisements, interview and short-list people, negotiate with employment agencies, and set up working conditions.

Requirements:

Possesses Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent qualifications At least 3 - 5 years of working experiences related field. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and presentation skills. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
