Job Description

1. Job Overview / Summary:



You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and programs that promote positive employee relations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain competitive compensation and benefits packages. You will manage industrial relations, compensation, and benefits to support organizational growth while providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential.

2. Key role and responsibilities:



a) Industrial Relations:



Develop and implement strategies to maintain positive employee relations and compliance with employment laws. Manage employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and investigations in a fair and timely manner. Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, employment legislation, and employee relations issues. Build and maintain positive relationships with labor unions and other external partners. Maintain accurate grievance and disciplinary records and ensure adherence to company policies and relevant laws.

b) Compensation & Benefits:



Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent. Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitiveness of pay and benefits packages. Administer payroll and benefits enrollment accurately and efficiently. Advise managers on compensation and benefits matters and maintain up-to-date records. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

c) Human Resource Administration:



Support the development and implementation of performance management systems and employee performance reviews. Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development. Maintain HR systems and records, including personnel files, attendance, and performance evaluations. Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans. Provide HR support to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and related issues. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations, keeping up-to-date with legislative changes.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
