We provide a variety of experience in Human Resources such as Recruitment, Training, Records Attendance and Compensation & Benefits. The HR and Admin Assistant will provide crucial support to the HR department and act as the point of contract for employees' HR-Related queries.
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Human Resources, Business, or any related field.
A positive and willing to learn mindset

Excellent communication skills and a open mindset.
A proactive attitude with a readiness to tackle challenges head-on.
Able to work in Shah Alam office
Job scope:
Manage staff attendance, leave and overtime records using HR system.
Support in recruitment processes which start from job posting, resume screening, arranging interviews and preparing offer letters.
Assist in exit processes with exit interview, preparing letter and farewell.
Process Employee changes (eg., promotions, transfers, terminations)
Prepare HR related report and Memos
Monitor employee performance in line with company goals
Provide support to the Payroll Department by gathering and verifying timesheet data.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Can handle any Ad-Hoc Task
