Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.

Employee Records & Database Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal data, performance, attendance).
Update staff information (address, position, salary, employment status).

Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily staff attendance.
Process leave applications (annual, medical, unpaid leave, etc.).
Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports.

Identify staff training needs.
Plan and organize internal or external training programs.
Collect feedback and prepare post-training reports.

Discipline & Employee Conduct
Issue show cause letters, verbal/written warnings, or disciplinary actions.
Handle staff complaints or misconduct investigations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs.
7.
Workplace Safety & Employee Welfare
Oversee implementation of workplace safety SOPs.
Manage employee insurance, medical benefits, SOCSO claims, and workplace incidents.
Organize staff engagement or welfare activities.
8.
Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare monthly HR reports (recruitment, turnover, leave, discipline, training).
Assist with internal audits and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
9.
Industrial Relations
Address employee grievances and concerns.
Act as a mediator between employees and management.
Issue offer letters, employment contracts, and related documents.
