: 1. Responsible to planning and arrange all motivation and training program for all employee. 2. Responsible to visitor control. 3. Responsible to planning and implemented of recruitment and turnover. 4. Responsible to related monthly KPI and report. 5. Responsible for staff\'s welfare matters. 6. Responsible for preparing monthly payroll report. 7. Responsible for main receiving of incoming calls, reception of visitors and distribution of letters. 8. Assist Human Resources tasks and update about new rules and regulations. 9. Any additional responsibility dictated by superior as when necessary.
