Job Requirements:
Strong knowledge in Malaysian labour laws.
Independent, pro-active, resourceful, analytical and meticulous
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay language.
Able to interact well with all levels of personnel.
Sound knowledge and skills in MS office applications.
AI tools skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Human Resource
Responsible full spectrum of HR function eg payroll , compensation and benefit, calculation of bonuses and proposal papers .
Recruitment
Prepared HR correspondence letter / memorandum.
Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions.
Attend employees disciplinary issue.
Manage & review compensation & benefit plan.
Monitor, maintain & update HR database & employees personal file.
Liaise with government authorities.
Prepare annual EA form and E form for Employees and Directors
Any ad hoc task as assigned by the company.
Admin
Responsible for handling general affairs and office management. E.g. photocopier machine, printer, telephony, electricity, water, air-Cond, carpark, pantry and etc.
Serving as a point of contact with vendors / contractors / third parties.
Participate in customer audit, ensure company's facilities is compliance with audit requirement.
Responsible for company's vehicle road tax, insurance renewal, permit renewal etc.
Other administrative duties and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
