Job Description

Bintara Solutions Sdn Bhd is looking for a dedicated and organized Human Resource & Administration Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both HR and administrative functions, supporting the smooth operation of our organization. The ideal candidate will assist in various HR activities and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

:

Recruitment Support

: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Employee Onboarding

: Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring new employees have all necessary resources.

HR Administration

: Maintain and update employee records, assist with HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Payroll Assistance

: Support the HR team in payroll processing, including timesheet collection and data entry.

Office Administration

: Assist with general office administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

Employee Engagement

: Help organize employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work environment.

Policy Implementation

: Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Confidentiality

: Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements

:

Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). High level of motivation, discipline, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

:

Previous internship or experience in HR or administrative roles. Familiarity with HR software and tools. Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
