Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Human Resource Management



Assist in manpower planning, recruitment, selection, and placement of employees in accordance with approved manpower requirements. Maintain and update employee personal records, leave records and attendance. Support performance appraisal processes and ensure proper documentation and timely submission. Handle disciplinary matters, counselling, and grievance management in coordination with the HR Manager. Prepare HR-related reports and statistics for management review. Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for both local and foreign employees. Support implementation of company policies, code of conduct, and compliance initiatives (e.g., integrity and PDPA). Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.

2. Administration



Oversee day-to-day administrative functions including office management, utilities, transportation, and accommodation arrangements. Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities, assets, and inventory. Handle correspondences, memo issuance, and document filing in accordance with company procedures.

3. Foreign Worker Management



Manage the full cycle of foreign worker administration, including recruitment, permit applications, renewals, FOMEMA medical check-ups, and repatriation. Liaise with government agencies such as the Immigration Department, Labour Department, and embassies for all statutory compliance related to foreign workers. Maintain accurate records of all foreign workers including passport validity, work permits, and medical status. Coordinate with estate or site management on worker accommodation, welfare, and safety matters. Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and national laws governing foreign worker employment.

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum

5 years

of working experience in HR and Administration. Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws, Sarawak Labour Ordinance, and Immigration regulations. Experience in handling foreign worker management is

essential

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Able to work independently with minimal supervision and travel when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
