Assist in the recruitment process such as coordinating and scheduling interview sessions with hiring managers;
Assist in the collection of documents for branches hiring and prepare the personal files;
Follow up with staff for the acknowledged copies of the correspondent letters;
Prepare letters and assist in filling the documents;
Assist in employee engagement activities and events;
Support the Human Resource Department in its daily operations and administrative matters as and when necessary.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
Internship positions for 6 months
Ability to communicate effectively
Good team player with the right attitude
