Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in relevant course
Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer literacy especially in MS Office.
Good attitude, independent and able to do multitask job
Ability in time management
Preferable candidate with handling foreign worker experience such as renewal of work permit & etc
JOB DESCRIPTION
Payroll Processing.
Liaise with relevant bodies such as EPF, HRDF, Socso & LHDN.
Handling recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, confirmation and other HR related matters.
Implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Renewal of company operation license, general insurance and etc
Handle queries via phone, email and general correspondence.
Daily updating and maintaining attendance record.
Taking minutes of meeting, issuing memo and etc.
Liaise with Kementerian Dalam Negeri (KDN) and Immigration, PDRM for all license renewal matter, application and updating.
Foreign worker application, renewal and Check Out Memo.
Preparation of quotation for site projects, renewal of contract and tenancy agreement.
Maintains stocks lists and orders for office supplies as needed.
Filling of office documentation.
Other ad-hoc assignment from time to time
