Job Description


- Assists the HR Executive and Store Manager in the daily running of the HR operations.

  • Prepare salary, benefit, welfare, reward payments and employee exit for the company.
  • Enforce company\'s disciplinary policy, guidelines and house rules.
  • Does recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection and placement activities for below supervisory level.
  • Monitors staff attendance for discipline and payroll.
Experience required- Degree/Diploma in HR Management or other related experience with 2-3 years HR /Operations Experience
