- Assists the HR Executive and Store Manager in the daily running of the HR operations.
Prepare salary, benefit, welfare, reward payments and employee exit for the company.
Enforce company\'s disciplinary policy, guidelines and house rules.
Does recruitment, screening, interviewing, selection and placement activities for below supervisory level.
Monitors staff attendance for discipline and payroll.
