$ 2,500.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time Responsibilities:
Assist hiring (locals) including head hunting, interview, onboarding, and training arrangement
Work along with site supervisors to manage staffs\xe2\x80\x99 attendance and disciplinary issues
Proactively communicate with supervisors to issue disciplinary letters (e.g. counselling letters, show cause letters, warning letters, etc) and keep track for weekly/monthly review
To keep track staffs contract renewal, training need plan (SOP & Safety), medical check-up etc for internal record keeping
Keep track yearly renewal of staffs and company insurance
Filling all MC\xe2\x80\x99s, annual leave form and contract letter
Monitor and keep records of annual leave/MC records/MC claims for all administration, operations staffs
Preparing overtime claims for staffs
Taking attendance records for Sue Ezzy staffs (Foreigner)
Assist to manage staff attendance/annual leave/overtime etc for sites
HR handbook for all employees (company rules & regulations)
