Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and updating HR databases.
Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing contracts, scheduling orientations, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Handle the scheduling of interviews, meetings, and HR events
Recruitment
Post job advertisements on various job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, company website).
Assist in scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
Support the payroll process by collecting employee information and ensuring accuracy of timesheets and leave records.
Assist with benefits enrollment and inquiries from employees.
Employee Relations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information.
Compliance
Ensure company compliance with labor laws and regulations by maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in the preparation of reports related to HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, turnover).
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduate encourage to apply
1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
