This role is primarily administrative, supporting daily HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. You will play a key role in maintaining HR documentation, records, and processes that support the employee lifecycle, and supporting the HR team in various projects.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, files, and databases.
Assist with the preparation of HR documents such as employment letters, contracts, and confirmation letters.
Support HR compliance efforts, ensuring documentation meets legal and company standards.
Coordinate documentation for employee onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.
Manage digital and physical filing systems for HR documentation.
Assist in the generation of regular HR reports and audits.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel).
Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Open to learning and expanding your portfolio.
Fresh graduates of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Hospitality/Hotel Management are encouraged to apply.
