Job Description


\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in Recruitment Process \xe2\x80\xa2 Execute and implement HR-related activities in accordance with the established policies and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure excellence in delivering HR activities and initiatives; work with leaders to drive clear communication initiatives to ensure clarity of strategy and drive accountability through the organization. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide consultation, guidance and strategic support to leaders in leading and overseeing employee issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in all industrial and employee relation activities, including handling all matters related to counseling, disciplinary actions and grievances in proper and timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain positive working relationships with leaders and all levels of employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare, update, manage and maintain HR-related databases, records and reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 To be involved in HR-related and/or Company-initiated projects and initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 To undertake any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time. Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1 years of related working experience with sound knowledge on Performance Management, Industrial Relations, and Human Resource related laws and regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build good rapport and credibility at all levels. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good knowledge of HRIS, HR 2000 payroll system and databases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office. \xe2\x80\xa2 To liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS and Income Tax. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well versed in Employment related legislation like Employment Act, EPF act, Socso act, Employment Income Tax Legislation, Industrial Relation act, and others related to the employment concern. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written. \xe2\x80\xa2 Matured, meticulous and possess good attention to details, analytical skills, problem-solving skills; result-oriented and with a self-starter attitude.
