Assist HR Executive in recruitment process, developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures and regulations.
Oversee and manage employer-employee relationships
Compile and update employee records
Assist in payroll preparations
Track the KPI/Operation matrix for reporting
Classifying expenses, prepayments, cross quarter reservations etc.
Any ad hoc tasks assigned from management from time to time
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong communication skills, interpersonal and people skills.
Understanding on employment laws and regulations
High level of integrity and sense of responsibility with commitment to good governance
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
