s:
  • Able to handle Leave management \xe2\x80\x93 overall administration, individual records and report.
  • Staff Claim Management (Medical, Mileage etc) \xe2\x80\x93 overall administration, processing, individual records and report.
  • Management of Time Attendance \xe2\x80\x93 provide monthly Time Attendance Report (monthly basis)
  • Management of Staff access Card \xe2\x80\x93 issuance / termination
  • Assisting preparing Letters for Contract Staff
  • Able to do File Management / updates -Employee File / personal records
  • Telecare Reports and internal telephone directory \xe2\x80\x93 generate telecare report and update / provide internal telephone directory to staff (monthly basis)
  • Assisting and provide administrative /clerical support to recruitment, training, ER and C&B
  • Relief main counter during absence of Receptionist.
  • Any other ad hoc task / report
