HR Assistant Manager roles for established companies
Reporting to GM.
Payroll Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & development and C&B Management
Industrial relation, employee engagement.
To handle administrative & operational of HR department and company
Develop, implement & execute of HR program & activities
Facilitate good communication among different levels of staffs
Opportunities to handle full spectrum of HR
Location Teluk Panglima Garang or Klang Town
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong Payroll, Recruitment, Training & IR experience will be an advantage

Preferably assistant manager specializing in Human Resources
