Responsible for assisting a company's HR include full set of recruitment, employee performance, welfare, benefits, payroll , foreign worker affairs.
1. Job posting, screen resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to identify suitable candidates.
2. Coordinate new employee on-boarding and ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
3. Manage the end-to-end payroll processing for our organization using Info-Tech system, ensure the accuracy of salary, bonuses, benefits and distribution of salaries within stipulated timelines.
4. Prepare monthly statutory payments, including EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS adhering to deadlines.
5. Handling all matters related to foreign workers' such as work permit renewal, FOMEMA, insurance etc.
6. Administer and manage employee welfare programs, including leave entitlement, performance appraisals, medical benefits, loans and advance, etc.
7. Develop, implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
8. Prepare all HR-related correspondence and reports, providing accurate and timely information to support management decision.
9. Handling employee's discipline matter, carry out investigation and follow disciplinary action procedure according to law.
10. Assist in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by superiors, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR functions.
Job Requirement
1. Possess Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Minimum one year of experience in HR or related fields.
3. Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good organizational and time management abilities.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
7. Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
8. Must be able to start immediately
