Human Resource Assistant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, maintaining applicant data, interview scheduling, hiring, pre-boarding & onboarding

- Maintain and update employee personal data and records (digital & physical)

- Assist in employee confirmations and resignations

- Prepare worker attendance records including medical, annual, and hospitalization leave for payroll processing

- Prepare and submit claim documents such as timesheets, overtime requests and other related documentation to clients

- Prepare employment letters, agreements, and other HR-related documents.

- Prepare monthly manhour reports for HSE statistics

- Monitor contract expiry dates for local and foreign employees, and follow up on renewals or terminations

- Respond to staff inquiries regarding payroll, leave and other employment matters via email, phone and in-person

- Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:



- At least a Diploma in Human Resource, Administration or a related field

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and Word

- Able to multitask, work independently, manage work efficiently and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
