This full-time role will provide you with the opportunity to be a key player in shaping the employee experience and supporting our HR initiatives.

What you'll be doing

1. Managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.

2. Ensuring that employee records and personnel files are meticulously organised and maintained with the highest level of confidentiality is essential for fostering trust and integrity within the workplace.

3. Offering exceptional administrative support for critical HR functions, including streamlined payroll processing, thorough benefits management, and impactful performance evaluations that drive organisational success.

4. Partnering with the HR team to strategically design and champion impactful initiatives that elevate employee engagement and foster a vibrant workplace culture.

5. Staying up-to-date with the latest HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements is essential for navigating the ever-evolving workplace landscape.

6. Delivering outstanding customer service and empowering every employee with topnotch support at all levels!

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role, preferably in the retail industry

2. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR information systems

1. A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

2. Familiarity with HR best practices and relevant labour laws and regulations
