1. Handling and maintain cleanliness at company premises included 5S spot check, drain cleaning. 2. Arrange foreign worker hostel matter such as registration, installation finger print access. 3. Consistent checking on 1st week of the monthly utility usage in hostel vs headcount. 4. Monthly hostel meeting feedback or report during hostel meeting. 5. Manage hostel 5S Day every quarter. 6. Maintain cleanliness of hostel for better living environment and present health issues related to it 5S spot check 7. Handle of company vehicle, such as road tax renewal, accident claim, weekly checking maintenance and related matters. 8. Generates daily and weekly incident reporting. 9. Monitoring duty and work schedule for security guard and general worker. 10. Calculate monthly expenses claim form. 11. Handle hygiene control at company hostel. 12. Arrangement for food refreshment for customer visit 13. Maintain & handling all company goods & property include damage, telephone repair and problem, stolen and others related matter. 14. Prepared badge for new local & foreign worker.
