Manage the day-to-day activities of HR Department including payroll, compensation & benefit, employee relations & engagement, recruitment, training & development and other HR related
Processes payroll administration accurately and in a timely manner
Advertising job availability through online channels, multiple platforms, career fair and build rapport with colleges/universities for talent sourcing purposes
Assist in overall recruitment activities and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, short listing of candidates and arrange for interview
Prepare a letter of appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation.
Ensure employee welfare and benefits i.e. Leave Management, Medical and Insurance, Hostel Management etc. are administered in accordance with the terms and conditions of employment.
Assist in handling employee relation issues
Ensures proper process for all staff movement and administer our HR system
Maintains staff personal files.
