Maintain and update employee files and HR records accurately.
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and preliminary screening.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
Manage leave applications, attendance, and disciplinary records.
Assist in coordinating training and development programs.
Provide support in payroll administration, employee benefits, and insurance matters.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Handle internal HR communications (circulars, memos, announcements).
Support HR projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Basic knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an added advantage.
Detail-oriented, ethical, and able to maintain confidentiality.
