Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource/ Business Admin or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years related experience in Human Resource
Knowledge about HRDF, will be added advantage
Responsible & possess high degree of integrity
Must possess good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Responsible person and able to work independently.
Have good working attitude.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Assist in monitoring leave and attendance, generate attendance report for HOD review monthly.
Assist on new employee briefing & onboarding process.
Preparing sanitizing schedule on monthly basis.
Assist in any HR events / activities and company functions.
Providing clerical and administrative support to HR Dept.
Assist to liaise with any authority body to seek clarification.
Assume other ad-hoc tasks as and when required by HOD/Management.
