Human Resource Assistant

Job Description

We are established manufacturing company specializing in harness wire and air conditioner control boxes. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and well-organized individual to join our Human Resource Department as a Human Resource Assistant.

Responsibilities:



. Support the HR department in day-to-day administrative and operation tasks

. Maintain and update employee records, files and HR databases

. Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, interview scheduling and candidate coordination

. Handle employee attendance records, leave applications and medical claims

. Support the preparation of HR-related reports, letters and memos

. Assist in organizing training sessions, staff welfare activities, and company events

. Ensure proper filing and documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations

Requirements:



. Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

. At least 1 year of relevant working experience in preferred

. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

. Proficient in Microsoft Office

. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills

. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
