You play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of our human resources functions. The Human Resources Assistant will work closely with the HR team, assisting in various administrative tasks, recruitment processes, employee relations, and maintaining HR records.
Recruitment Support
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle.
On-boarding
Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training coordination.
Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Employee Records
Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS (Human Resources Management System).
Manage personnel files and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Attendance Management
Monitor and manage employee attendance records.
Address attendance-related inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments
.
Payroll Administration
Assist in the payroll administration process, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Collaborate with finance and relevant stakeholders to resolve payroll issues.
Benefits Administration
Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Employee Relations
Address basic employee inquiries and escalate issues to the HR manager when necessary.
Support employee engagement initiatives and events.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
