Penerangan Kerja Kelayakan Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 1 year of experience in HR/administration is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome). Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Able to work independently and within a team. Candidates who can start in January 2026 will be given priority. Tanggungjawab Handle general HR administrative tasks and maintain the HR filing system. Update and manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking. Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling). Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and documentation. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Coordinate staff training, events, and internal activities. Ensure all HR documents are organized and handled confidentially. Provide support to management and assist with ad-hoc HR projects. Manfaat
