Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
Maintain employee records and ensure all documents are up-to-date
Process employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork
Coordinate HR projects (e.g., employee engagement initiatives, training sessions)
Assist in organizing company events or meetings related to HR matters
Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR-related issues or policies
Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records
Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes
Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related matters and information
Handling employees\' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
