Job Description


  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documents are up-to-date
  • Process employee onboarding and offboarding paperwork
  • Coordinate HR projects (e.g., employee engagement initiatives, training sessions)
  • Assist in organizing company events or meetings related to HR matters
  • Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR-related issues or policies
  • Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records
  • Assist with benefits administration and enrollment processes
  • Maintain confidentiality of all HR-related matters and information
  • Handling employees\' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labour department
