Post job advertisements on job portals and social media
Screen resumes and assist in shortlisting candidates
Schedule interviews and coordinate with applicants
Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documents
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Prepare onboarding kits and coordinate orientation sessions
Support the collection and filing of employee documents
Assist in offboarding tasks such as exit interviews and clearance forms
3. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital files
Support attendance and leave tracking systems
Help manage HR documents such as contracts, memos, and warning letters
4. Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events
Help prepare employee feedback surveys and reports
Support internal communication efforts
5. Data Entry & Reporting
Input HR-related data into spreadsheets and HR systems
Assist in generating simple HR reports (e.g. recruitment status, leave balance summaries)
Skills & Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Discreet and professional in handling confidential information
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
