Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Administrative Support



Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and updating HR databases. Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and forms and etc. Organize and maintain employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

2. Recruitment Support



Post job openings on job portal and other platforms. Screen resumes and schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates. Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating new hire paperwork.

3. Payroll and Benefits Support



Assist in processing payroll and checking claim submission. Provide support in managing employee benefits, such as leave, insurance, and allowances.

4. Employee Relations



Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.

5. Compliance and Record-Keeping



Ensure that employee records are complete and up-to-date in compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain accurate documentation for audits and ensure HR files are properly organized. Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

6. HR Reporting



Prepare HR-related reports as requested, such as headcount, leave balances, and attendance. Assist in tracking and managing employee performance reviews and appraisals. Support in preparing HR metrics and analytics reports.

7. General Support



Assist in responding to employee inquiries and providing basic guidance on HR procedures. Support other HR initiatives and ad-hoc tasks as needed. Coordinate with internal departments to provide HR-related information. Handle morning philosophy with employees

JOB REQUIREMENT



Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR assistant role is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software and databases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
