to manage day-to-day HR operations, employee matters, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment activities including job posting, screening, and interviewing.
Prepare and handle employee documents such as offer letters, contracts, warning letters and more.
Manage attendance, medical leave, annual leave, unpaid leave, casual leave and any others.
Calculate and process monthly salaries using excel and SQL Payroll.
Handle monthly labour law requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDF submissions.
Maintain confidential employee records, HR documents and ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle foreign employee-related medical documents, permits, and renewals.
Send injured employees to the clinic for medical treatment and ensure proper documentation is recorded.
Handle employee claims and manage all related receipts to ensure proper filing and reimbursement processing.
Support employees with workplace issues, orientation, and performance reviews.
Assist management with manpower planning, employee engagement, and company events.
Handle any additional tasks assigned by management, including recordkeeping and administrative support.
Requirements:
Have basic Microsoft office knowledge.
Have SQL knowledge or willing to learn.
Organized, responsible, and able to work independently.
Can drive and have driving license.
Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
At least 1-2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong knowledge of Employment Act and HR best practices.
Good communication skills in English & Malay; additional languages are a plus.
KWSP/EPF/SOCSO/EIS provided.
