Job Description

Scope of Position:



The HR Associate is responsible to extend support to the implementation of HR Operations/process such as handling of Personnel Data, Visa applications, Recruitment and manages the day-to-day operations.



Key Responsibilities



1. Provide day-to-day support to employees on HR-Related matters.

2. Manages new hires Onboarding (new joiner kit, document collection to be shared with C&B, buddy identification, Day-1 briefing).

3. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping Human Resource information confidential.

4. Maintains training records for entity specific on soft skill training and myPULSE e-learning training report.

5. Liaise with government bodies (PERKESO, NAICO and Immigration Office) etc. on administrative matters related to staff of the entity and adhere to statutory compliances.

6. Liaise with government agencies (ESD, Immigration, etc.) on travel applications and all other matters related.

7. Focal point and manage end-to-end applications of work permit, professional visit pass and any related pass applications for foreign employees, visitor, student, etc.

8. Assist employees with document requests (employment verification, business travel letter, official document request). Assist employees on matters related to leave replacement (OIL credit in BIPO)

9. Processes overtime calculation and assists in providing accurate payroll input data every month to HRBP before submission of payroll input report to Compensation & Benefits team.

10. Prepare the Purchase Requisitions on behalf of the department.

11. Verify and approve monthly / recurring invoice (manpower subcontracting, flower basket, fruit delivery etc) charges before payment processing.

12. Initiate flower basket and fruit basket delivery to employees as when requested by managers / team leaders.

Assist leavers' document preparation (acceptance of resignation, calculation, exit interview form, return of company asset ie laptop, badge).

13. Participate and involve in HR Projects.

14. Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.

Background and skills



Minimum Education : Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any related field.



Minimum Experience : 3 years experience as a HR Generalist



Other qualifications/skills



1. Attention to details

2. Experience with HR Administration and Payroll

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite/HRIS

5. Must be able to handle multiple tasks with good time management and uphold confidentiality.

6. Able to work autonomously/Independent. Resourceful. High level of Ethics and Compliance.

7. Strong interpersonal skills

8. Proactive

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
