Job Description


Collaborate closely with departmental leaders to understand their business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with overall company goals. Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Partner with managers to drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Lead employee relations efforts by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Provide expertise in talent acquisition by participating in recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, and assisting with candidate evaluation. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement proactive solutions. Support organizational change initiatives by assisting with communication, training, and change management strategies. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and implementing appropriate actions. Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and promote professional development. Stay up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize legal risks. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Participate in special HR projects as assigned by the HR leadership team. Requirements Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 10 years working experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role, preferably in relevant industry. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven track record in HR initiatives/projects is a MUST Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion. Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
