The HRBP helps to translate strategy into relevant people related actions. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Works closely with the CoE\xe2\x80\x99s to deliver value-added services to the leadership. The HRBP would be an integral member of devising short- and medium-term plans, its culture and future road map. Serves as a consultant to leadership on human resources-related issues, plays the role of an employee champion and change agent.Scope: Malaysia and Singapore has over 300+ employees in each of the Countries.
