Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage global recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
Design and implement effective employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
Administer payroll processes with accuracy and timeliness.
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to support employee development.
Address and manage a variety of ad-hoc HR tasks as they arise.
Provide support and guidance in global employee relations and management.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
