Position: Human Resource Consultant
Salary: RM 2,500 - RM 2,800
Location: Wisma Andalusia, No 21, Jalan 1/76, Desa Pandan, 55100 Kuala Lumpur
Working Days: Monday - Friday, Saturday/Sunday Half Day
Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM, Saturday/Sunday 9AM-1PM

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding for retail positions.
2. Coordinate manpower planning with retail supervisors to meet staffing needs during peak seasons (e.g., Ramadan, Hajj season).
3. Prepare employment contracts, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
4. Administer monthly payroll for retail staff, including salary calculations, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
5. Handle staff attendance, leave management, and overtime claims for retail employees.
6. Provide HR support in employee relations, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
7. Assist in staff engagement initiatives, training coordination, and retention strategies to support retail operations.
8. Generate HR reports and ensure timely submission of payroll and recruitmentrelated documentation.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1. Able to work half day on Saturday or Sunday
