Process monthly payrolls for all employees in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Maintain and update employee payroll records (new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, benefits, etc.).
Reconcile payroll reports and ensure accurate deductions for taxes, benefits, and other withholdings.
Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll journal entries and reporting.
Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
HR Coordination
Support HR operations including employee data management.
Maintain accurate HR and payroll files, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, analytics, and documentation as needed.
Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure payroll compliance with employment laws, tax legislation, and internal controls.
Support internal and external payroll audits.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
