Job Summary: The Human Resource cum Admin Executive plays a crucial role in managing HR functions and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the company. This position involves overseeing various HR responsibilities and providing administrative support to maintain an efficient and organized workplace. Key Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding for new employees. 2. Maintain employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information. Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment regulations. 3. Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives. Monitor employee performance and assist in performance appraisals. 4. Handle employee benefits, including insurance, leave management, and other related tasks. 5. Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries. 6. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations. 7. Address employee queries, issues, and concerns. Promote a positive work environment and resolve conflicts when necessary. 8. Manage passport and permit matters. Ensure that employees\' documentation is in order. Act as a liaison with relevant authorities and agencies for matters related to immigration, permits, and any other regulatory requirements. 9. Demonstrate a good understanding of the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act and apply this knowledge in HR practices and policies. 10. Oversee matters related to the company\'s hostel facilities, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance. 11. Provide assistance to the HR Head on all HR department matters, assisting in performance management, developing and implementing company policies, and performing any other assigned or ad hoc tasks. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Can start immediately - Willingness to work in Ipoh - Proven experience in HR and administrative roles. - Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Systematic, organize, positive attitude and problem solving skills. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
