Familiar with at least three to five recruitment channels and platforms in line with the local market;
College degree or above in human resources, labor economics, psychology, management and other related majors;
Integrity, loyalty and trustworthiness, rigorous work, good language and writing skills;
Strong sense of responsibility and dedication, good professionalism, able to withstand certain work pressure
Responsibilities
Responsible for the recruitment of internal talents in the company;
Assist the superior to determine the recruitment target according to the existing establishment and business development needs, summarize the number of post requirements and personnel requirements, formulate and implement the recruitment plan;
Resume, classify and screen resumes, arrange pre-employment tests, determine the interview list, notify applicants to come for interviews (written examinations), conduct preliminary interviews (written examinations) for applicants, and issue comprehensive evaluation opinions;
Conduct background checks on the recruited personnel, communicate with the personnel to be recruited, and complete the employment notice;
Familiar with the regional talent market information, and familiar with the personnel regulations of each region;
Collect talent dynamics in the same industry and attract outstanding talents to join the company;
Establish a corporate talent pool, do a good job in resume management and information confidentiality;
